Park Foundership Cancellation and Refund Policy*
Park Foundership purchases may be cancelled within 60 days of purchase for a full refund less any credit card processing fees incurred for the purchase and refund transaction(s).
Cancellations received after 60 days of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
Park Cancellation Threshold: Notwithstanding the foregoing, Flagpole of Freedom ParkTM will not begin construction until we have raised 25% of the capital needed to build the Park. If we don’t meet that threshold in the sole and absolute discretion of Flagpole of Freedom ParkTM management, by 3/30/2023 (“Threshold Date”), all Park Foundership purchases will be cancelled unconditionally, and all foundership fees, less any credit card processing fees incurred for the purchase and refund transaction(s), will be refunded per the terms and conditions herein.
Cancellations will be accepted via phone or e-mail, and must be received by the stated 60 day cancellation deadline. In addition:
- All refund requests must be made by the founder or credit card holder.
- Refund requests must include the name of the founder and/or transaction number.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

*This cancellation and refund policy shall only apply to Park Foundership Purchases and not to any other purchase or sale of founderships, goods or services.
